Netizens in awe after man travels from Manali to Kanyakumari on skateboard

According to his Instagram account, he completed his journey within 100 days.

We have seen individuals travelling from one corner of the world to another in various different modes of transportation. They range from vans to cycles and even autorickshaws.

But what if we told you there’s a person who did the same thing but on a skateboard? Interesting, right?

As a professional skateboarder, Ritik Kratzel was on a mission with his skateboard and one tiny backpack in India. He began his journey on his skateboard from Manali and went all the way to Kanyakumari.

According to his Instagram account, he completed his journey within 100 days. He posted several videos of where he was currently and his followers also expressed all support to him. In his documented reels and videos, he shared his views on various things he encountered. From Google Maps not working to dense fog engulfing the highways with zero visibility, the journey has definitely been challenging for Ritik Kratzel.

On January 7, 2024, he shared the first episode of his journey on Instagram with the caption, “Episode 1 · Pilot (Kullu) Manali to Kanyakumari on Skateboard in 100 days Hello everyone. Welcome to my 100 day skate journey. I have started from a small beautiful town Manali to Kanyakumari on my skateboard. And this is the day 1, the day it all started. Thanks”

On April 1, he concluded his journey and reached Kanyakumari. He shared another Instagram video and wrote, “Manali To Kanyakumari Skate Journey comes to an end.
